RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is allowed.
EVENT SECURITY The safety of our fans is and always will be of the highest importance. A security check is in place at the entrance into the arena with body search and the use of metal detectors and dogs. The Thai police force is also informed and all necessary legal procedures are followed. Police presence is in full capacity in order to provide adequate security for all events taking place at the BITEC. Always follow orders from security and police.
EXCHANGE OF FESTICKET & THAI TICKET MAJOR The Festticket and Thai Ticket Major tickets must be exchanged for the original Ticketmelon tickets at the Festicket and Thai Ticket Major desks at the entrance of BITEC Hall 100. SEE THE MAP. Tickets exchange is possible from 17:00 hr. until 02:00 hr.
GUESTLIST / PRESS The guest list and press accreditation list is located at ticket center which is open from 5pm until 2am. SEE MAP.
TRANSMISSION TATTOO HOLDERS If you are a tattoo holder, you can find your ticket at service center. After you will submit your ID card and after checking the authenticity of your tattoo, you can enter into BITEC between 5pm and 2am.
PHOTOGRAPHERS AND PRESS ACREDITATION Photographers and other media partners can find accreditation cards Service center. After you will submit your ID card you can enter into the arena. Entrance of BITEC Hall 100 open from 5pm till 2am.
CLOAKROOM
There will be no lockers available, but there will be limited space (full=full) for things you might want to drop of. We do recommend you to leave valuable items at home/in accommodation. The use of the cloakroom is for free, but use is at own risk.
FOOD & DRINKS
The food courts are located at B1 in BITEC, at hall 102 you need to go down. Drinks are available on the VIP deck and at the bars in the hallways and mainfloor.
PAYMENTS AT BITEC
Transmission Festival Asia uses an own payment system called RFID. After entry you will receive a wristband that you can top up at the top up stations. With the wristbands you can pay for drinks at all the bars, but food is in cash/by card. Payments for top up in BITEC are accepted in cash and at most sale points by credit cards as well. Don’t put too much credit on your wristband as no refunds can be provided at or after the event. An ATM machine is located in the B1 of the BITEC. Payments can be done in Thai Baht only.
TRANSMISSION MERCHANDISE The official Transmission Merchandise stand is located in front of hall 100 and open from 5pm till 2am. SEE MAP.
